Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Central Time) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will generally ship the next business day.
While most orders ship within these timeframes, occasional delays of 1–2 business days may occur due to incoming inventory shipments or periods of unusually high order volume at our fulfillment center.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders through USPS and UPS. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Warm Weather Shipping
Certain candies may be sensitive to heat during transit. When necessary, we may include ice packs or additional protective packaging to help maintain product quality.
While we take precautions to protect your candy, products such as gummies, chocolates, and other soft candies may occasionally be affected by extreme temperatures during transit, especially if packages are left in mailboxes, parcel lockers, apartment mailrooms, porches, or other locations for extended periods after delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. CandyVerse is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

CandyVerse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's operations and policies.
