WHY DOES OUR CANDY AVAILABILITY CHANGE SO MUCH?
All our candy gets shipped in fresh from the factory and is replaced with new candy constantly to ensure the Freshest and most Flavorful Candy available anywhere!
Unlike most candy stores, we do not overstock. We rather sell out for a day and get more fresh product, than fill our bins with candy that has been sitting in our backroom for weeks. With over 160+ different candy options for Pick & Mix at our Candy Store located in San Antonio, we strive to offer the same experience to everyone online! Therefor we apologize for the constant change in availability, but know that what is available, is the highest of quality over any other.
How Can I Check On My Order?
On the menu bar at the top of the website, click on the arrow next to your profile picture. Second option down called "My Orders" will show you all present and past orders. The status of any present order will also be found there.
Why should I create a profile?
By creating a profile, you get access to your very own candy profile with access to writing on the forums and taking part of the CandyVerse community. Any promotion or special events we have will be exclusively for people with profiles. Each purchase you make with a profile, gives you back 10% of the cost of your order in CandyVerse Coins. Plus, creating a account is 100% free, so if you love candy, why not :)
What are CandyVerse Coins? How do you earn them?
CandyVerse Coins is a virtual currency accepted as a payment for any of our products both in store, and on the website. You can earn CandyVerse Coins by purchasing anything on our website, or purchasing CandyVerse Coins directly on "Twism" APP. (Twism is the company that we use to host your virtual wallet. You can access your virtual wallet directly from our website through your profile, or through the "Twism" APP.)

Our ONLY location is inside the Shops at Rivercenter on the second floor right in-front of the IMAX.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or melted?
We package all our orders in boxes with wrap to insure that even if it gets thrown around, the candy or merchandise will be undamaged in arrival. We also pack any order that could melt with ice packs plus our standard packaging that insures food freshness. If for whatever reason, anything still happens, send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your order #, name, and pictures of the order so we can see of a refund, or replacement is appropriate.
Are all your products available online?
Due to customers buying all the stock we have of some candies in-store, we only have curtain products available online. If you have any request or want a curtain candy, contact us at 210-748-4355 or email@example.com for us to fill your request.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
You want to make someones life that much sweeter? We got you! Just visit the Gift Card tab on the top bar of the website to purchase and send your gift card instantly. Once you complete your purchase, you have instant access to your gift card!
How can I see information about a products allergen information?
We source our candy from all over the world from different factories that product candy products with common allergens. If you have any food allergies, please contact our staff so we can help you find the products you will be safe consuming!
There is no refunds or returns on this candy. Each order goes though quality check and we promise never to deliver anything less than perfection.
If for any reason, problems arise, please contact our candy team and we will be happy to look at the situation and take appropriate action.
